svs96 Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and svs96 ("Platform", "we", or "company"). This Agreement governs your use of the svs96.onl website and all services, games and content provided on it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, playing any game or accessing any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these terms without condition. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.

• For example: deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, making the balance RM200, and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before a withdrawal is permitted;
• Second example: deposit RM3,200 and receive a RM1,500 bonus (maximum amount), making the balance RM4,700, and the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value;
• svs96 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus without prior notice.

Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using gameplay strategies that go against the spirit of the promotion — will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings, and their accounts may be terminated.

The svs96 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members. There are four (4) VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Eligibility for tier upgrades is based on overall member activity and loyalty.

• Notify svs96 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
• Take full responsibility for all transactions made using your account.

svs96 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions, system failures or technical faults beyond svs96's control;
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence;
• Financial decisions made based on information obtained through the platform;
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

The svs96 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

svs96's total liability to any member under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

svs96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document;
• Fraud, system abuse or attempts to exploit bonuses;
• Registration of multiple accounts;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• A request by the member to close their own account.

For account suspensions, the member will be informed of the reason for suspension and the steps required to reinstate the account, where applicable. For permanent termination due to fraud or misconduct, svs96 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting svs96 customer support, which operates 24/7. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member once all withdrawal conditions have been met.
